New year new me post. Whether it s eating healthy learning a new skill or getting better sleep the underlying goal of most new year s resolutions is to build new life changing habits. Wow its been way over 6 months since my last post. As i reflected upon the last year i realized how tough 2018 was for me.
That in itself is scary for me as i am very self conscious about my weight since having my. Eight degrees c this morning and the sun has the white stone glare of a season stripped bare. This morning i asked my three year old daughter for a hug before she and my husband walked to her nursery and she squeezed.
All mannor of ups and downs over the past 6 months thats for sure. As 2018 winds to a close many of us begin looking to 2019 with the intention of making changes in the new year. 2013 fitness friends friendships motivation swimming.
As much as i hope that you all had a wonderful year and that you ll have an even better 2019 honestly i was done with this 365 day period about six months ago. A couple days into the new year i was convinced that it was healing you d think this word would excite me and make me jump for joy especially since in december god told me he was in the middle of healing me and in 2014 god spoke through a friend saying that god was going to heal me but that it wasn t going to look like i expected. Welcome back to the good food bag and happy new year.
Not really going to share them as. So this year i have it all mapped out i am starting an accountability thread where every wednesday i write a post about my weekly fitness triumphs and failures and post how much i weigh. What s coming up post leverhulme.
